Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments directly by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover). If you would like to pay us through your PayPal account, just put your items in the shopping cart as usual to get your total, then go to www.paypal.com to process your payment. Return PolicyWithin 30 days from date of purchase, we will accept any product in original condition for return and will refund your purchase price (less shipping charges). If the item is defective or was sent to you in error, we will also credit shipping charges plus your return postage.
All items are inspected prior to shipment. In the rare event you receive a defective item, please email us immediately upon receipt to customerservice@fritzsplace.com. Otherwise, we cannot accept any returns of torn or chewed items.
