How much do you charge for shipping? TOP
We charge a flat fee of $5.95 for USPS Priority Mail delivery - regardless of the size of your order, so feel free to shop 'til you drop! UPS Ground must be used for citronella products and we charge a $11.95 flat fee. UPS 2nd Day and Next Day service is also available at higher rates. How will my order be shipped? TOP
We rely on the U.S. Postal Service and UPS to ship all our orders and offer you a choice of USPS Priority Mail, UPS standard Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day. All UPS shipments are insured, and we will provide Delivery Confirmation for Priority Mail packages as well as insurance for orders over $50.
If we ship your order by UPS, we will provide you with a tracking number so you'll know where your package is along the way. If we need to ship your order from the manufacturer, it will ship UPS Ground but we will not be able to provide a tracking number. (Of course, if it doesn't arrive when it should, we are still able to find out where it is.)
When choosing a UPS service, keep in mind that your order will ship from Virginia and (as a guide) it takes 5 business days to go by UPS Ground to the west coast. And, MOST IMPORTANT: all citronella spray products must be sent by UPS Ground.
How soon will my order be shipped? TOP
We ship most orders within 1-2 business days. Some products have a longer delivery time and this is noted on the product page. Special Order items are shipped within 5-10 business days (not counting weekends or holidays). (Of course, this is just the time it takes for us to send your order out. It doesn't include time in transit which depends on how far you are from Virginia.) If there will be any delay, we will notify you by email and/or telephone to let you know. We will also email you to let you know that your order has shipped. We don't like being left wondering, either, so we'll keep you informed about your order.
Do you guarantee your products or services? TOP
Yes, we offer a no-quibble guarantee on all products. Simply return any unwanted items in original condition within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping).
Do you ship outside the U.S.? TOP
No, we're sorry, but at this time we are only shipping within the U.S. |
